Founded by two childhood best friends with the vision of creating a new adult streaming era in the country, White Lion Media was established in Budapest, Hungary, one of the most rapidly developing cities in Europe. We had the pleasure to talk to Adam, chief manager officer of White Lion, who with a vast experience in the live cam industry, especially in managing hundreds of performers and self mastering web broadcasting/media to a professional level, started his first cam studio in 2012. White Lion, which symbolizes courage, strength and determination, is a new project with a different approach, the management being committed to their performers, by focusing on their special needs and by offering them the best training possible, in order to obtain a high conversion rate.
“Our concept is easy”, says Adam, “Just have happy performers! Help them have fun while making money, because a real smile converts better than anything on the market.”
What is your experience in the live cam industry? I started my career as a video editor and later affiliate content manager at Docler Holding in 2009 then worked for needlive.com before opening my first cam studio in 2012. In the last decade I managed hundreds of performers and self mastered web broadcasting/media management to a professional level.
What type of marketing strategy are you planning to adopt? Social media platforms, ad words, referrals? As we believe finding talents is the key to success, we use every possible way to reach out and promote our studios. We also offer referrals for our performers.
What type of cam sites are you working with? We are not committed towards any site or type, as we believe every performer has special needs. I know every possible method, trick, tool and even the smallest most hidden button of every site of the industry and we select the ones fitting the qualities of our models the most. The common examples are of course Chaturbate, Streammate and Myfreecams, but we see a great comeback from the classic premium sites as well.
What expectations do you have in terms of support from the cam sites? As newcomers in the international studio scene we expect our partners to cooperate and have willingness to follow our feedback. As we already produced multiple top converter performers and a xbiz nominee, our partnership offers skyrocketed in the past weeks. This makes all of us really excited.
How many working places do you have/ or plan to have, to start with? We operate 4 studio locations in different parts of the city to make our service more accessible. We also give support and provide tech background/coaching for performers working from home. Do you plan to relate the salary of the models to the average salary in the economy?
Which is the model’s salary growth expectation compared to the average salary in the economy? I tend to be extremely in depth with performer incomes and camsite conversions and the studio founders have a big experience in finance, investment, and business, so we make a perfect team when it comes to the examination of incomes. Our performers tend to comfortably make three or even ten times of the average Hungarian salary with a very low time investment. Most of our currently active performers usually hit the 100$ hour average or more, but we manage a model being close to the 800$/hour average (based on last 30 day data.) The market is growing and as long as we can stay on top, our conversions will grow with it. I consider this simple as that. Read more articles here
Meet TWC Creator Agency, formerly The Webcam Company, a pioneer in the camming industry and creator management field, with a journey that began back in 2008 during the global financial collapse. What started in Las Vegas with a handful of Colombian home-based models has grown into a global organization with over 40 employees, dozens of contractors, headquarters in Miami Beach and Medellín, and soon a European location in Madrid. Over the years, they’ve become known for professionalism, mentorship, and long-term creator support, earning certifications from respected platforms, lifetime achievement awards for total sales, and a reputation for integrity, consistency, and real care for the people they represent.
How did you get into the webcam studio business, and what inspired you to open your own studio? “Our story began back in 2008, during the global financial collapse. Like many people at the time, we found ourselves facing economic uncertainty and exploring new possibilities. While researching online for new opportunities, we came across the emerging webcam industry, and something about it sparked a bigger vision.
We started in Las Vegas, working with a small group of Colombian home-based models who were seeking a better path. The deeper we got into the industry, the more we realized how little structure or long-term support existed, not just from platforms, but especially within studios. Most lacked professionalism, mentorship, or even basic care for the people behind the camera.
In 2011, we decided to move to Colombia. We wanted to fully immerse ourselves in the local market, understand the needs of models on the ground, and build something meaningful. We didn’t want to run just another studio, we wanted to create Colombia’s first true webcam agency, built on transparency, strategy, and long-term growth.
What began as a one-person operation has since grown into a full-scale organization with over 40 employees and dozens of contractors working around the world, all united by a shared mission: helping creators succeed with integrity, consistency, and real support.
Today, our headquarters are in Miami Beach and Medellín, representing both our global reach and our roots. We’re now preparing to open a European base in Madrid, the next chapter in our journey to serve creators across borders.”
Any success stories you’re especially proud of? “There are many, but one that stands out is a model we met on the streets of northern Medellín. At the time, they were homeless, no income, no stability, and no clear future. But there was something undeniable about their presence and energy.
We worked closely with them, step by step, building their skills, their confidence, and their brand. Today, they are one of the most recognized webcam performers in the world. That transformation, from the margins to the global stage, is exactly why we do what we do.
But it’s not just about one story. It’s about staying power. In an industry where models and studios often burn out quickly, we’ve stayed consistent. We’ve been certified by two of the most respected global platforms and have received lifetime achievement awards for total sales. These aren’t just accolades, they represent our commitment to doing things right, and our ability to keep showing up when others disappear.”
Do you promote your models on social media or offer branding support? “Absolutely. For us, branding isn’t optional, it’s essential. We help our models define who they are, how they’re seen, and how they adapt as they grow.
For many, we’re the first ones to ever ask them: ‘What do you want your brand to feel like?’ From there, we work together on everything, stage names, visual aesthetic, voice and tone, fan psychology, and positioning. Brand identity isn’t just logos or lighting, it’s emotional storytelling, consistency, and trust.
As creators grow, so does the need for reinvention. We help our models refresh their image, shift their messaging, or expand into new spaces while staying true to themselves. And because we now support over 25 digital platforms, from webcam sites to fan platforms and streaming networks, our models have the flexibility to evolve without losing momentum.”
What kind of models do you work with today? “We work with a wide spectrum of digital creators, from professional cam models to streamers, influencers, and content creators who are exploring new monetization opportunities.
What we love most is the creative diversity in our network. Some of our models are dynamic performers, others are visual artists or storytellers. They come from different cultures and experiences, but what they share is ambition, resilience, and a desire to grow. We don’t try to force anyone into a mold, we help them identify their strengths and build something sustainable around them.”
Many people believe webcam modeling is easy money. From your experience, what’s the reality of it? “From the outside, it can seem easy, but we know firsthand that this work demands effort, focus, and emotional intelligence. Webcam modeling is a professional discipline that combines performance, communication, and brand development.
There are now dozens of platforms out there, live interaction, fan sites, subscription models, and streaming tools, each requiring different approaches and skill sets. What works for one creator may not work for another, and part of our role is helping models test, pivot, and find their best path.
The ones who succeed understand it’s not a quick win, it’s a long-term journey. They evolve their look, fine-tune their style, and build relationships with their audience over time. That kind of growth doesn’t happen without a team behind them, and that’s exactly the role we play.”
How do you support new models who are just starting out? “We offer hands-on, multilingual onboarding to every new model, whether they work remotely or through one of our 850+ partner studios. It always begins with a real conversation, we ask about their goals, comfort zones, schedules, and long-term vision.
From there, we walk with them step by step: selecting the right platforms, setting up their profiles, developing their brand identity, and creating a schedule that works for them. We also help with lighting, technical setups, performance strategy, and emotional support — especially in those vulnerable first weeks.
We don’t just onboard and move on. Our goal is to build real, lasting careers — and that requires support, patience, and personalization. We make sure every model feels safe, confident, and fully equipped for success.”
What’s next for TWC Creator Agency, and how do you see the legacy of The Webcam Company evolving? “Although we’ve rebranded as TWC Creator Agency, the legacy of The Webcam Company is part of everything we do. That name symbolizes the early years, the hustle, the uncertainty, and the values we built from scratch. For many, it still stands as a reference point for trust, professionalism, and ethical leadership in an industry that didn’t always have that.
Of course, some people in the global creator space may have never heard of The Webcam Company, and there’s a reason for that. We’ve never made this journey about ego or recognition. From the beginning, it’s been about our creators. Whether they’re independent models, studio owners, or training centers, our focus has always been on giving them the platform, not claiming one for ourselves.
But creators today aren’t limited to one platform or niche, they’re building digital brands that span across fan platforms, social media, livestreaming, and beyond. That’s why our transition to TWC Creator Agency reflects a broader, more future-focused mission: helping creators build total brand awareness, refine their image, and scale with strategy and confidence.
We’re also preparing to expand into Europe with a base in Madrid, bringing our infrastructure closer to the creators we serve worldwide. Our goal is to offer localized support without compromising the standards and values that define us: transparency, creativity, and long-term vision.
This isn’t the end of the story. It’s a new chapter, built on everything we’ve learned and everything we still believe in.”
Starting the year with enthusiasm and energy, JHstudios is ready to take on the challenge of becoming one of the top studios in Colombia. With the essential part of caring for their models and offering advice to those just starting, JHstudios is well-equipped to accommodate all cam sites and provide quality service to every model. They recognize that working with models can take days, months, or even years and that learning new things and being present throughout their professional journeys is integral to success. With this in mind, they have set ambitious goals for this year, including expanding internationally and continuing to grow by 400%, as they did in 2022. Last year they completed two studios in Colombia with more than 127 luxury rooms, and they look forward to achieving even more success in the coming year.

What essential part should a studio owner take care of? I would think that something specific is difficult to know since too many big or small factors make a company successful. However, the most important thing for studios is always their models, but the advisers in charge of them are characteristics of great importance that we must take care of, which is why for JHstudios, its advisers and leaders are fundamental and are key to the success of the model.
As one of the bigger studios from Colombia, what is your advice for someone that starts this year? JHstudios is a specialist in advising studios and also those that are starting their creation. For JHstudios, the most important advice for those who are starting is to always think about the quality of your company in terms of infrastructure, technology, and human quality, but above all, worry about the little things that arise every day since it is an industry that is always evolving. I always say the small details make the difference.

Do you work with all camsits platforms? Explain why? Or if not, explain why also? JHstudios we are a brand of free pages, we have access to several of the best-known pages, but we are specialists in Stripchat. Our models only work with one or two pages Maximum since working with many pages is the worst decision someone can make. As we always say, you are one hundred percent of you as a person working on a single page means that one hundred percent Attention to those users. Working on 2 or more means that this percentage will change significantly.
How much work with a model until she is a top model for your studio? Working with a model can be relative and can be days, months, or even years. Being a top requires a lot of perseverance, patience, dedication, and discipline. Acquiring all this is sometimes not so easy. Our role is to understand that there is always something new to learning and teaching. It is important to dedicate quality time to a model, especially advice and accompaniment, throughout her professional path.
