How long have you been a webcam model? Do you remember how your first weeks were?
I’ve been a webcam model since January of 2015. It’s been my full-time job since September of 2015 and I am absolutely in love with camming! My first few weeks were a bit confusing since I didn’t know anyone who cammed to ask for advice. I watched cams for about 6 months before starting to get an idea of pricing and such but didn’t know much about the technical side like how to ban guests or do countdowns. A calculator was my best friend to try to keep up with the countdowns, ha! But mostly I had a lot of fun right off the bat!

What did you buy with the first money you’ve earned?
What’s funny is I honestly couldn’t believe the money was real until it actually hit my bank account. My birthday was a couple weeks after I started so I booked a one way trip to Hawaii to spend time with friends. I was so amazed by not only the tips that allowed me to get to Hawaii but also that I could pick up and go and still work!

How do you get ready for broadcasts?
I usually have MFC open so I can PM with members to get in the mood for socializing and to see how people are doing before I am live. I like watching cam girls who inspire me while I do my make up. There are certain girls that have such a good vibe it puts me in a good mood to hit the broadcast button. Also, seeing girls succeed gets me excited to hear that token sound in my own chat room!

Is there any advice you would give to future webcam models?
I would honestly say don’t become a webcam model unless you understand that there is a potential for everyone in your life to find out. If you’re not okay with that, then don’t do the job. Also, don’t think that you “have” to do anything on cam to be successful. Every cam girl is different and the best success you’ll have is just being yourself and not trying to mimic someone else’s cam style.

Are looks more important or the brain in this industry ?
I 100% believe that brains are more important in this industry. Don’t get me wrong, looks help to get someone to click on your chat room but you have to have something more to keep people there. You have to have determination, consistency, and the commitment to keep up with an industry that’s always evolving.

How did you decide to become a model?
I was on Instagram one day, saw a beautiful girl in a high rise wearing lingerie and partying all the time. I was like “What does this girl do? How does she have this life?
