Event requirements

Streamate is offering performers a 25% bonus match on eligible earnings during its Mobile Streaming Bonus Event. To qualify, performers must meet a mobile phone streaming target between Oct. 4 and Oct. 10 GMT and submit a feedback survey by the end of Oct. 14 GMT.

All performers are eligible to earn rewards. There is no limit on how much bonus money a performer can earn.

Qualifying streaming goals

A performer must complete one of the following goals while livestreaming on a mobile phone:

Stream live for at least 300 total minutes; or
Spend at least 30 minutes in paid sessions, excluding GOLD Shows.

Direct Calls do not count toward either time requirement, even when taken on a phone.

Required feedback survey

After a performer reaches one of the mobile streaming goals, Streamate will send a bell notification containing a link to a feedback survey. The survey must be completed by the end of Oct. 14 GMT.

Performers who do not reach one of the time goals or miss the survey deadline will not receive the bonus.

How the bonus works

The bonus equals 25% of all eligible earnings during the event week, not only earnings from qualifying mobile streams.

For example, a performer who earns $1,000 through a mix of qualifying phone streams and other eligible earning methods would receive an additional $250 after completing a streaming goal and submitting the survey on time.

Media sales, subscription charges, and Cammodel earnings are excluded from eligible earnings. Bonus earnings and rankings are based on the amount members spend on a performer during the event, minus those excluded categories.

Mobile streaming tips

Performers should use the SMConnect mobile view. If SMConnect displays the desktop layout, check the browser settings and make sure “Desktop Site” is not selected.

The settings menu includes an option to adjust the chat font size. If you have sound problems, confirm that the phone’s “Do Not Disturb” setting is turned off.

For poor video performance, lower the stream resolution in the settings menu. Even if a phone supports 4K video, mobile streams generally work best at 1080p or 720p. Streamate also recommends using Wi-Fi for a consistent connection and regularly clearing the browser’s cache and cookies.

Verification and payment

Streamate will verify earnings after the event. Fraudulent earnings will result in disqualification and may lead to an account suspension or closure.

Rewards will be added to performer earnings within one week after the event ends. They will be paid according to each performer’s regular payment schedule.

Because all deadlines use GMT, performers should confirm when the event dates begin and end in their own time zones.
