Cams.com has issued a strict reminder to all models regarding its zero-tolerance policy on collusion with members, following a series of recent account terminations tied to this violation.

The platform emphasizes that any arrangement involving a member offering to spend money on a model in exchange for a portion of earnings being returned constitutes collusion. Such actions not only breach Cams.com’s terms of service but will also result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all outstanding earnings.

Models are urged to immediately block and report any member who suggests such arrangements. Additionally, if the same individual appears repeatedly under different usernames, this behavior should be flagged as suspicious and reported without delay.

To report a user, models can navigate to “Help” → “Email Us” in the Model Center, select “Reporting an Abusive Member” as the subject, and include the relevant username(s) along with the keyword “Collusion” in the comments.
