Amateur.tv: New Cam Guardians Feature Empowers Trusted Fans

Amateur.tv introduces Cam Guardians, a new feature designed to help models manage their chat experience more efficiently while strengthening connections with their most loyal fans.

Broadcasters can now assign up to five trusted users as moderators, granting them the ability to mute disruptive users for 24 hours or ban them permanently. While banned users can still watch and tip, they will no longer be able to participate in chat.

Only users who purchase coins are eligible to become Cam Guardians, and they will be easily identifiable with a special badge. Broadcasters can update or replace their moderators anytime through the broadcast settings.

This new feature ensures a more enjoyable and drama-free streaming environment, allowing models to focus on what matters most—entertaining their fans!

Updated Community Guidelines: Clearer Guidance for Real Streaming Situations

We’ve updated the Community Guidelines to make them clearer, more transparent, and easier to use in everyday streaming situations.

We know it isn’t always easy to understand how a rule applies to a specific moment on camera. The updated Guidelines include clearer explanations and brand-new enforcement notes for relevant policy areas. These notes answer questions we hear most often.

Alongside these practical explanations, the update highlights a key principle behind moderation: context matters. We review the whole situation rather than isolated words, objects, or moments in a broadcast. A single unverified report does not trigger enforcement on its own.

*All performers are eligible to earn rewards. Rewards will be added to your earnings within a week after the contest is over and will be paid on your regular payment schedule.
