LOS ANGELES — Chaturbate will host its 4th annual “Health and Wellness” event online on Monday, Sept. 23^rd, with panels scheduled throughout the day. This year’s theme will be Relationships & Social Well-Being.

“Broadcasters and content creators probably know better than anyone what a hyperconnected world we now live in, and all the ways in which social media can drive people to constantly compare themselves to others and undermine self-worth,” said Chaturbate COO Shirley Lara. 

Lara continued: “For this year’s Health and Wellness, we’ll be exploring strategies to balance social media’s influence, and considering how to thrive both personally and professionally in our digital world. We have four unique discussion panels packed with amazing speakers and subject matter experts–so don’t miss out!”

Panel #1, “Building Healthy Relationships,” starts at 10 AM PST and will feature MyGigiDior, Tantric_Eden_ , and Colbyknox, and moderator, Nicoletta Heidegger, Sexologist, MA, MEd.

Panel #2, “Fostering a Welcoming Community at Chaturbate,” starts 11 AM PST and will feature MaryMoody, TheJohnnyStone, AndyLynnPayne, and moderator, Eva Clay, Clinical Sex Therapist, MSW, LCSW.

At noon PST, award-winning adult performer and creator, Nicole Aniston, will deliver the keynote speech: “Balancing Boundaries: Tips for Thriving in Online and Personal Relationships.”

The event will conclude at 1 PM PST with Panel #4, “The Social Media Mirror: Influencing Beauty and Cosmetic Choices,” and will feature MelissaStratton, Jill (of JackandJill), SweetKarmaBaby, SureCakes, and moderator, Dr. Roher M.D.
