Models and Studios have full autonomy over their content and schedules.

4. Personal Data:

Compliance with EU GDPR and other data protection laws.
Models and Studios must collect and maintain explicit consent from all individuals depicted in their content.

5. Rights to Image and Intellectual Property:

A non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide royalty-free license granted to the Website Operator for content posted by Models and Studios.
Explicit consent is required to use images and names in connection with posted content.

6. Rules and Conduct:

Prohibitions on illegal, harmful, obscene, or racially offensive content.
Strict rules against solicitation for prostitution, escort services, or exchange of personal information with members.

7. Fees and Payments:

Payments are based on a percentage of member fees, with specified payment methods.
Responsibility for accurate payment information rests with Models and Studios.

8. Contests and Promotions:

Details on participation and rules for various contests organized by the Website Operator.

9. Termination:

Agreement can be terminated by either party with prior notice.
Immediate termination for serious violations, such as involvement in illegal activities.

10. Legal Compliance:

Models and Studios must comply with local laws and regulations, including tax obligations.

11. Monitoring and Compliance:

The Website Operator reserves the right to monitor and investigate activities to ensure compliance with the agreement.
