LiveJasmin: Essential Updates to the Model/Studio Services Agreement as of 2 July 2024
Services Agreement Overview This updated Services Agreement governs the relationship between Models, Studios, and the Website Operator, which could be either JWS Americas S.à r.l. (for those in the USA) or JWS International S.à r.l. (for all other countries).

- Models and Studios have full autonomy over their content and schedules.

- Models and Studios must collect and maintain explicit consent from all individuals depicted in their content.
5. Rights to Image and Intellectual Property:
- A non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide royalty-free license granted to the Website Operator for content posted by Models and Studios.
- Explicit consent is required to use images and names in connection with posted content.
6. Rules and Conduct:
- Prohibitions on illegal, harmful, obscene, or racially offensive content.
- Strict rules against solicitation for prostitution, escort services, or exchange of personal information with members.
7. Fees and Payments:
- Payments are based on a percentage of member fees, with specified payment methods.
- Responsibility for accurate payment information rests with Models and Studios.
8. Contests and Promotions:
- Details on participation and rules for various contests organized by the Website Operator.
9. Termination:
- Agreement can be terminated by either party with prior notice.
- Immediate termination for serious violations, such as involvement in illegal activities.
10. Legal Compliance:
- Models and Studios must comply with local laws and regulations, including tax obligations.
11. Monitoring and Compliance:
- The Website Operator reserves the right to monitor and investigate activities to ensure compliance with the agreement.

Cams.com Warns Models About Fake Staff Accounts
Cams.com has issued an important security alert regarding fraudulent accounts impersonating members of its official site staff.
According to the platform, these accounts may contact models through Free Chat and attempt to persuade them to break site rules by showing parts of their body, undressing or performing a tease.
Cams.com emphasized that legitimate staff members will never ask models to do anything in Free Chat.
Models who receive such a message should:
- Not follow the sender’s instructions.
- Avoid sharing personal or account information.
- Report the suspicious account immediately.
- Contact the official Cams.com support team for verification.
Models are advised to treat any Free Chat account claiming to represent the platform’s staff with caution. Requests made through unofficial channels may be attempts to compromise an account or intentionally violate the rules.
Stay alert and use only official support channels when communicating with Cams.com staff.

Stripchat Introduces New Tiered Top Model Rankings
Stripchat has refreshed its Top Model rankings with a new tier-based design that gives greater recognition and meaning to every position.
Following feedback from its model community, ranking positions are now grouped into four distinct tiers:
Winners: Positions #1–3
Top Performers: Positions #4–20
Top 100: Positions #21–100
Top 1000: Positions #101–1000
The redesigned ranking system is now live on the Current Month Top and Last Month Winners pages across all gender categories.
Models can now more easily identify their current status, celebrate their progress, and see how close they are to reaching the next milestone.

LiveJasmin Completes Major Financial Systems Upgrade
LiveJasmin has completed a major software and hardware upgrade to its financial systems after several days of technical work that caused a temporary 1–2 day delay in payment processing.
According to company co-founder Karoly Papp, this was the first time in LiveJasmin’s 25 years of operation that the financial period closing had to be postponed.
The company chose to keep its website and services operational throughout the migration rather than taking the platform offline for one or two days. Although users experienced some minor disruptions, the technical team reportedly worked almost around the clock for nearly a week to resolve an unexpected issue and complete the transition.
The migration is now fully completed, and payment processing should return to its normal schedule.
LiveJasmin thanked its technical team for their dedication, as well as its partners and users for their patience and understanding during the upgrade.
