• Compliance with EU GDPR and other data protection laws.
• Models and Studios must collect and maintain explicit consent from all individuals depicted in their content.

5. Rights to Image and Intellectual Property:

• A non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide royalty-free license granted to the Website Operator for content posted by Models and Studios.
• Explicit consent is required to use images and names in connection with posted content.

6. Rules and Conduct:

• Prohibitions on illegal, harmful, obscene, or racially offensive content.
• Strict rules against solicitation for prostitution, escort services, or exchange of personal information with members.

7. Fees and Payments:

• Payments are based on a percentage of member fees, with specified payment methods.
• Responsibility for accurate payment information rests with Models and Studios.

8. Contests and Promotions:

• Details on participation and rules for various contests organized by the Website Operator.

9. Termination:

• Agreement can be terminated by either party with prior notice.
