XLoveCam: New Camrank Indicator – Customer Retention Index

XLoveCam announced that starting September 9, 2025, a new performance metric will be introduced in the Camrank section of the Model Manager: the Customer Retention Index.

This index tracks the number of unique users who return and spend over several days. The more consistently fans come back, the higher a model’s retention score will be — directly boosting their Camrank.

A strong retention score helps models and studios:

Gain more visibility
Build a loyal fan base
Increase earnings

Tips suggested by Xlovecam to improve the Retention Index and Camrank:

Stay connected with fans through private messages.
Encourage users to install the mobile app (PWA) for real-time notifications when going live or sending messages.
Offer recurring events such as daily shows, games, or challenges.
Recognize and reward returning fans.
Log in regularly to strengthen bonds with your community.
Share availability in advance so fans know when to join.
Use referral links to bring in new visitors — their returns also count toward the index.

With these strategies, Xlovecam highlights that models can better retain viewers, grow loyal communities, and maximize revenue.

Fourth place will receive $600, while fifth place will receive $400. Contestants finishing in sixth through 10th place will each receive $200. Those finishing in 11th through 15th place will each receive $150.

Participants must complete the full 26-gift collection and maximize eligible Member Spend before the challenge closes to compete for one of the 15 cash prizes.
