ImLive.com – New Policy on Missed Private Chat Invitations

ImLive.com has issued an important update regarding Private Chat invitations in Regular Mode. The platform has observed an increase in Hosts ignoring or declining Member requests while remaining online. To protect both Member satisfaction and Host income, a new policy is now in effect.

Starting immediately, there is a limit of three missed or rejected Private Chat invitations within a 24-hour period. Exceeding this limit may impact a Host’s ability to use Regular Mode.

The change comes as Members expect full attention and engagement when spending Credits. According to ImLive.com, ignoring or declining requests — often because of activity on other platforms — sends the wrong message and risks damaging loyalty, traffic, and overall performance.

Hosts are encouraged to switch to “Do Not Disturb” mode or go offline if they cannot accept incoming chats. This ensures that Members continue to receive a professional and engaging experience, helping to secure both earnings and long-term success.

For any questions, Hosts are advised to reach out directly to ImLive.com’s Customer Service team.
