BongaModels: ePayService Payout Option Temporarily Suspended
BongaModels.com announces a significant update for models and studios currently utilizing ePayService for their payouts: this payment method is temporarily suspended.
This adjustment comes despite the successful integration of ePayService as a reliable payment method on BongaCams since June 11, 2018.

To ensure seamless transactions, models and studios are advised to select an alternative payout method promptly.
For those affected by this change, BongaModels.com has facilitated the process of updating payment preferences. Individuals with two-factor authentication activated can directly modify their payment details in the “Payment Details” section. Alternatively, BongaModels.com’s customer support team is ready to assist with any changes or inquiries regarding this update.
In light of the current situation, BongaModels.com confirms the availability of several payout alternatives, including Paxum, USDT ERC-20, USDT TRC-20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and WebMoney. Additionally, for models based in the Russian Federation, there is the option of receiving payouts through VISA/MasterCard/Maestro/MIR cards issued by Russian banks. Models residing in the USA are offered the convenience of receiving payouts via check and direct deposit.
BongaModels.com emphasizes the importance of this advisory and encourages affected models and studios to explore the available payment options to find the most suitable alternative. For further assistance or any questions related to this update, the support team at BongaModels.com is readily available to provide guidance and support.

Updated Community Guidelines: Clearer Guidance for Real Streaming Situations
We’ve updated the Community Guidelines to make them clearer, more transparent, and easier to use in everyday streaming situations.

We know it isn’t always easy to understand how a rule applies to a specific moment on camera. The updated Guidelines include clearer explanations and brand-new enforcement notes for relevant policy areas. These notes answer questions we hear most often.
Alongside these practical explanations, the update highlights a key principle behind moderation: context matters. We review the whole situation rather than isolated words, objects, or moments in a broadcast. A single unverified report does not trigger enforcement on its own.
Read the updated Community Guidelines to get a better sense of the platform’s boundaries and what to expect from moderation.
We’ve updated the Guidelines with your experience in mind. Tell us what you think in the community Discord and follow us on Telegram for quick platform news.
